The Western Carolina University accountancy program will hold its annual fall banquet at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at the Waynesville Country Club Inn.
The banquet is designed to give undergraduate and graduate accountancy students an opportunity to network with WCU alumni in the accounting profession, members of the program’s advisory board, and potential employers.
Through sponsorships from Dixon Hughes, Drake Enterprises, Ernst & Young, Gould Killian, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino and Reznick Group, the banquet is free for all students currently enrolled in the Master of Accountancy Program and to undergraduate accountancy student award-winners. Cost of the banquet is $30 per person for all others.
Entertainment will be provided by Balsam Range, featuring Grammy Award-winning artist Marc Pruett.
