Moranda talks about former players on Rockies pregame show

Bobby Moranda, WCU head baseball coach, recently appeared on a 7-minute segment of the “Rockies Pregame Report” that was broadcast on AT&T Sportsnet, the television home of Major League Baseball’s Colorado Rockies.

Morando was a guest on the show prior to the Rockies’ recent game in Denver against the Atlanta Braves. He spoke about his experiences as a college coach working with two current Rockies players – Greg Holland at WCU and Charlie Blackmon at Georgia Tech, where Moranda served as associate head coach. Moranda also spoke about another player he coached, Cory Sullivan, a former major leaguer with the Rockies who now serves as co-host for the pregame show. Moranda worked with Sullivan as associate head coach at Wake Forest.

Moranda’s segment on the show is available for viewing online.
