Kossick presents at national meeting

Mark A. Kossick, Western Carolina University professor of nursing and anesthesia simulation education coordinator at WCU’s Biltmore Park instructional site, was the featured speaker at a conference held in Las Vegas on April 24.

Kossick’s presentation consisted of a comprehensive eight-hour seminar on electrocardiography. Seminar attendees included anesthesiologists, hospitalists, primary care physicians, nurse anesthetists, family nurse practitioners and other advanced practice critical care nurses.

The meeting was sponsored by the A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Health Care System in Dallas and Northwest Anesthesia Seminars in Pasco, Washington.
