Films created by Western Carolina University students will be screened at the ninth annual Controlled Chaos Film Festival in the John W. Bardo Fine and Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m. Friday, April 28.
This year, “Around & Around” and other student productions will be screened for the first time to the public. To see a behind-the-scenes view of “Around & Around,” visit this web page.
Tickets are $12 cash at the door. Proceeds and donations benefit the Motion Picture Student Project Fund, which helps students in WCU’s Film and Television Production Program with the cost of creating their senior thesis films.
Several of the films have mature subject matter and are not suitable viewing for children. For more information, contact the Film and Television Production Program at 828-227-7491.
