World wars round table to meet April 23

“Equipment and Munitions of World War II” will be the topic of discussion as the Carolina Round Table on the World Wars meets at Western Carolina University on Wednesday, April 23.

Luther Jones, assistant professor in WCU’s School of Stage and Screen, will be the guest speaker for the meeting, which is set for 5 p.m. in the Catamount Room of WCU’s A.K. Hinds University Center.

Organized in spring 2011 and based in the Department of History, the Carolina Round Table on the World Wars addresses various aspects of the era of the world wars of the 20th century.
